Hack SeaMonkey to enable Socks Proxy in Ubuntu

Stack: SeaMonkey 1.1.15 in Ubuntu 9.04

Symptom: Socks Proxy is set, but doesn’t work

Open SeaMoney > about:config in URL bar > type

network.proxy.type

then set the value = 2
